Not ideal for early risers
The area it’s nice, full of students and the bar connected to the hotel had fresh food! The room was spacious and clean.
A bit pricey for what you get, but not entirely unacceptable.

missingWrote a review on Sept 20check-in delaysmissing lift
During our stay, we faced several inconveniences. The check-in process was frustrating, as there were no staff available and we had to wait for assistance. the lack of a lift made accessing our top-floor room a challenge. It was disappointing to deal with these issues during what could have been a relaxing visit.

Pleasant Stay with Some Room for Improvement
Facilities were nice, but the noise from the hallway disrupted our sleep. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were friendly. Consider choosing a room further down the hall for a quieter experience. A good breakfast selection to start the day! Parking was a plus too.

I had a fantastic stay where I loved the dog-friendly vibe, and the nearby Turkish restaurant was a delightful surprise! The sun terrace was perfect for lounging with a drink, and the cozy garden area felt like a little oasis. Just a heads up, there weren’t any staff around during check-in, which made for a slight wait. 🐾

Recommended for families with pets
The staff was really friendly and they were so accommodating with our dog they'd even considered the best room for us so we wouldn’t hear barking. And the location was perfect on Osborne Road, lively but our room was quiet all night.
It wasn’t exactly a budget option but you know what they say about you get what you pay for.
